ABOUT OUR HOST

Gauss Research Laboratory, Inc. manages the Puerto Rico Top Level Domain (.pr). This company operates under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. We are located at the heart of Río Piedras, Puerto Rico.

Furthermore, the .pr registry has been operating since 1989. Dr. Oscar Moreno de Ayala, our founder, embarked on the responsibility of managing it and building its early foundations. Hence, many outstanding individuals have been part of the .pr family. Together, they have given the .pr registry the stability necessary for an uninterrupted operation for the last 28 years.

Ultimately, our main goal is to promote a solid registry that provides Puerto Ricans with accessible services. Also, we provide tools that can aid in the development of a reliable IT community throughout the island.
